Text services - get card balance updates by text message

Use our unique text services to receive a balance alert by text message following each transaction or to set a threshold alert which sends you a text message when your card balance reaches a set amount.

Please select whether you wish to register for text services, update the type of alerts you currently receive or amend your mobile phone number, or opt out of text services you currently receive.

Note: You can only register for one text service per card. A charge of up to 5p per text message will apply for this service, this may be charged to your card or your phone, therefore please check the terms and conditions for more information. This is a subscription service and you will be charged for each text alert received. To un-subscribe at any time text 'STOP' or 'CARDSTOP' to 84555.
